Some facilities (TODO: find an example) do not accept orbital elements for non-sidereal target observation requests, they accept ephemerides. We should provide a means to represent this in the type system. astropy Tables may be a nice way to accomplish this.
Open questions:
- How do we serialize them?
- Should we/can we convert orbital elements -> ephemerides within AEONlib?
