Disconnecting-connecting loop while trying to connect to the server

- Device: OnePlus 15
- AdGuard version: 4.14 Nighly 39

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have AdGuard with turned on integration with AdGuard VPN
2. Open AdGuard VPN
3. Try to connect to any server

Expected Behavior

App should just connect to the VPN server without disconnecting AdGuard in the background

Actual Behavior

After selecting server, the following happens:

1. VPN connects,
2. AdGuard turns off,
3. VPN disconnects,
4. AdGuard turns on,
5. and goes back to the point 1

It happens a random number of times (usually 2-3, but the first time it was in such a loop for like a minute) and then VPN is connected. See attached video and notice what happens on the status bar.

Additional Information

I also have an Android 13 device and issue doesn't exist there.
