Save/read OpticalTrain (or Simulation) object to/from disk

Several users have requested that they be able to re-read an OpticalTrain from disk, so that they don't have to spend 20 minutes each day re-running their MICADO spectroscopy simulations.

Should be pretty easy if we use pickle or something similar.

I'm not sure I understand how exactly that should work. Do you mean the setup / cmds for a OpticalTrain (or Simulation, doesn't really matter)? That's just a few lines of Python, so probably you mean something else. The end result? That's just a FITS file anyway. So I assume you want to save the .observe() step to re-use for different .readout() calls? Or something else?
