bulk detection script from roboflow model

A script that performs detection on many files.

Look into:
-can we get around downloading the roboflow weights locally
-parallelizing inference
-post-processing: render video with bounding boxes, confidence, and class labels (or do that in the tracking GUI?)

My script(s) do batch detection locally, so it partially addresses this issue. There are some limitations:

• roboflow weights are downloaded locally
• inference isn't parallelized
• video is rendered with bboxes and class labels (no confidences)

Right now, they live in the collab-rats github repo instead of collab-environment (branch is collab-rats/batch-tracking, script is scripts/run_h5_pipeline.sh)
