have two sets of perturbation threshold for responsiveness, authors (stringent) and relaxed ( pval < 0.05, hackett abs(effect)>0)
turn off cell selection (only column selection) matrix in comp (not critical)
in all subtabs of comp, make the selected top "N" value a title, eg "Percent responsive in Top 25 by Binding signal" (not urgent)
