[Feature Request] Program detecting integrated GPU over external GPU

Hello,

When the installation version is launched in a hybrid GPU setup (like integrated Intel GPU + RTX2000), it automatically sets the integrated GPU as a priority rather than the external GPU.

The pipeline still runs so I can fully use the program without a critical issue, it's just the significant delay I encounter from not being able to utilize the external GPU.

Thanks for reporting. This happens because the integrated GPU happens to be first on the list, which may or may not be the case on other systems. I'll add a setting for this, and patch it so that the container orchestration code limits the visibility to only the selected GPU. This way, all containers will see only the selected GPU.

Sounds good. Thank you. Apparently there's a very easy way to change it to detect just NVIDIA GPUs by setting an environment variable - perhaps that might help.
