Import API RTH Calculation

Current Behaviour
If no default algorithm is found server will crash

Expected Behaviour
If no default algorithm is found and is params not found skip Rth Calculation

Reproduce Current Behaviour
Import data without any algorithms in database

This one is high priority: when deployed to other applications, there may not be an algorithm required.

Here's an idea for an 'import calculation facility' which should work for all input and output columns.
Let me know what you think.

In the database, we define the default algorithm, similar to the original:

we make a change like this:

"algorithm" : "return((params.T1-params.T2)/((params.DAC*params.DAC)/22))"}

When parsed as JSON, the framework sees a set of initial values:

params tells the framework the column names of the parameters
returns tells the framework the column name of a single output value from the algorithm.

The framework now knows to load up the the 'params' variable with the values from the column names, and supply params as the argument to the algorithm.

When the algorithm is run, it supplies a return value, which the framework knows to put in column 'RTH'.

More complex scenario:

If returns is an object, not a string, we can construct algorithm, so that it is more complex, and returns an object which represents output to more than one column:

Here, the framework sees the initial value of returns, and knows to create column titles of "RTH" and "Delta T".
Once the algorithm is run, returns now holds the values to go in those columns.
