Maven release with UnrecognizedPropertyException Exception

ci-publish.yml threw UnrecognizedPropertyException but jars were uploaded : central-publishing-maven-plugin:0.6.0 crashes

Initial investigation suggests the Maven build fails during deployment because an upstream API update on the Sonatype Central Portal introduced a new "warnings" field in its JSON server response. Version 0.6.0 of the central-publishing-maven-plugin fails to parse this unexpected property, throwing an UnrecognizedPropertyException.
Despite the local BUILD FAILURE, the artifact bundle successfully uploads to the server before the crash occurs.

Upgrading the plugin version to 0.7.0 or higher resolves the problem by correctly parsing or ignoring the new API property.

It was tested in my local using mvn clean deploy -DaltDeploymentRepository=local-test-repo::default::file:///tmp/test-b3-release, and passed. The maven publishing can be only tested to make another tag push, e.g. beta7 if it is still required.
