Correct the range of ceterms:credentialType

The following credential classes need to be added to the range of ceterms:credentialType:
"ceterms:AssociateOfAppliedArtsDegree",
"ceterms:AssociateOfAppliedScienceDegree",
"ceterms:AssociateOfArtsDegree",
"ceterms:AssociateOfScienceDegree",
"ceterms:BachelorOfArtsDegree",
"ceterms:BachelorOfScienceDegree",
"ceterms:MasterOfArtsDegree",
"ceterms:MasterOfScienceDegree",
"ceterms:SecondarySchoolDiploma",
"ceterms:SpecialistDegree",

The issue regarding creation of these Classes [#862] does not seem to include a formal proposal, so it is quite likely this was a simple oversight; certainly I can find nothing to suggest we shouldn't fix the omission.

I did a check of a couple of the subclasses against AssociateDegree and didn't see any other omissions, so hopefully it is just this property that got systematically missed.

@jeannekitchens yes the class definitions were discussed, but there is no formal proposal for changes to domain and ranges of properties that result from the new classes, which is what is relevant here.
