Add support for MacOS Docker

Can you please add support for MacOS on ARM in the docker image? I get:

Error response from daemon: no matching manifest for linux/arm64/v8 in the manifest list entries: no match for platform in manifest: not found

I don't have a mac to be able to test that, but would be happy to take a contribution

Basically this is about ARM and not Mac. I have a RasPi and can test on it. But might be a while until I get to it.
