Missing database migrations

Hello,

I'm trying to run the project locally. I followed the documentation, ran all the containers and logged in successfully to both Directus and admin FE.

However when I try to create a project, I get the following error:

sqlalchemy.exc.ProgrammingError: (psycopg.errors.UndefinedTable) relation "project" does not exist
LINE 1: INSERT INTO project (id, directus_user_id, pin, language, na...

I couldn't find migration commands for the database. Can you please help me?
