Travis CI does not support bintray artifacts #13

Description

@ravn

I created https://github.com/ravn/opslogger-sample-usage to have a pure Maven project using opsLogger and Dagger 2 (even cooler than Dagger 1), and found that the Maven support in Travis CI does not support adding additional repositories but only Maven Central.

After looking a bit around I found the following description on how to get bintray hosted artifacts synchronized into maven central. It might be useful?
