[FEATURE] add Horizontal Walls and Fences (Support Beams and Posts)

Adding horizontal walls and fences would be perfect for players building support beam interiors, adobe houses with vigas beam exteriors, and rustic street lamps.

Horizontal walls and fences have block states, which means they can make a cross shape just like regular walls and fences. They could also connect vertically to walls and fences. Additionally, horizontal walls and fences can connect to a block above it or under it.

There are definitely some good ideas here! Thanks for the feature request. 

I specifically like the idea of beam blocks, though I'm not entirely sure how vertical fences or panes would work (would they still connect? and how?). 

I will definitely attempt to add these blocks in a future update after the 1.21.1 release is out! (SOON™, still have a lot of work to do for 1.21.1)

Vertical fences (Posts) are a thinner version of Beams. Posts and Beams would connect horizontally just like regular fences and walls, and function similar to the Lattice Mod. They can also be placed on top of fences and walls, and have multiple pipe-like shapes when connected to each other (L-shape, T-shape, and a Cross shape).
