Update vulnerable ansi-regex dependency

As discussed here, there is a moderate-severity vulnerability in ansi-regex >2.1.1 <5.0.1.
This project has a direct dependency on ^3.0.0 and an indirect dependency via ansi-mark 1.0.4 (the latest; that would also need to be updated).

This dependency should be updated to 5.0.1 or higher in both this project and ansi-mark.
