Thrashing api.rit.edu

Script is currently hammering api.rit.edu every ~3 seconds. Seems to be caused by a value of 3000 in the set interval in display.php

Changing the setInterval broke the page rendering for some reason. Tried removing the setInterval since we don't need it to refresh the page. Screenly handles that for us, and even if it didn't, we can do it in another way.
