Installation issue becasue of RAM shortage 

I followed the installation guide from here:

And the installation for thirdPartyLibs crashed due to shortage of RAM. My laptop has 16 GB of RAM. Please help me clarify whether a higher RAM is required, or there is a fix for this specific issue.
