feat(data/smartphone): rebuild smartphone catalog across major brands

Reorganises data/smartphone/<brand>/ and grows coverage to span every
major global smartphone OEM.

Brands covered
- Samsung: Galaxy S, Note, Z Fold/Flip, A series
- Apple: iPhone lineup
- Xiaomi / Redmi / Poco
- Google Pixel
- OnePlus / Oppo / Vivo / iQOO / Realme / Nothing / Honor
- Motorola / Sony Xperia / Asus ROG Phone / Razer Phone
- Huawei / HMD-Nokia / TCL / Tecno / Infinix / Itel / Lava / Micromax /
  Allwinner / HTC / LG / Sharp / Panasonic legacy

Each record carries soc + brand foreign keys validated against the
expanded data/soc/ and data/brand/ catalogs.
