not able to work on graphwalker

i m completely new to this tool.. i have installed all the dependencies like java and maven... downloaded the jar file of graphwalker... but when i execute any command of maven then i am getting build failure error message.... also confused about pom.xml fileand what to do with the jar file of graphwalker....... i need the very basic step to step guide......please help me resolving the issue....

Try ask all the questions you have in our google group, a issue here is more if you found a issue with GraphWalker itself, btw have you tried following the workflow?
