Scroll to Top Button or “Time Machine” Title Navigates to Home

Problem Statement

Currently, when users scroll down the page, there is no quick way to return to the top or the homepage. This makes navigation slightly inconvenient, especially on longer pages.

Proposed Solution

Add a "Scroll to Top" button that appears when the user scrolls down, or make the "Time Machine" title in the navbar clickable so that it takes the user back to the top or the homepage.

Alternatives Considered

• Only making the title clickable without adding a separate button.
• Adding a floating icon (like an up-arrow) for better visibility and accessibility.

Additional Context

A small UI enhancement like this can greatly improve user experience by making navigation smoother and faster.
If implemented, this should maintain the existing design aesthetics of the site.
