🐛Error: 500 when Edit Capacity Assignment

Describe the bug

Error message 500 when try to edit Capacity Assignment:
HiEvents\Services\Application\Handlers\CapacityAssignment\DeleteCapacityAssignmentHandler, because the name is already in use

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. go to Capacity Assignment
2. click on 3 dots of one of capacity assignments available and select edit
3. change the data
4. click Save Capacity Assignment
5. get error message.

• Browser: chrome
