Roadmap item (see ROADMAP.md). Today Broad-Side results sit in .codecarto/broadside/ and GUIDE.md tells phase executors to read them. The structural version: a broadside-scout pipeline phase that
- runs the batch scan and validates its completion (synthesis produced, results saved),
- hands every later phase a scouting brief via
required_reads,
- requires findings to be re-derived from source — the SKILL.md contract stays 'leads, never evidence'.
Phase would be executable-surface only (like synthesis); drop-in gets a manual note.
