link directly to local pdfs, add video links, update some pdfs
* new version of hackweek intro slides * fix incomplete pdfs and move some into dirs * add all video links * convert all google drive slide links to the local pdf file Co-authored-by: JessicaS11 <jbscheick@gmail.com>
