First of all, I really like TMAX. it is a great tool that solves daily problems and helps unifying all the AI sessions in one place.
Following our conversation, I have a suggestion: enhance the "task manager" to collect data from Outlook and Teams.
the idea is that if i am in the "To" filed or had a mention (@) it will automaticaly assign me a task for review. i can filter by keywords and points of interest and assign it the right priority . This will add my emails and Teams channels to the Kanban so i can have a unified workspace for "actions".
I have alreayd have a skill that does it so can be used and integrate it (using Scout or ClawPilot):
