Investigate a supported Linux installation path

Goal

Document what is required to run Scan2Sketch as a FreeCAD user add-on on a current Linux distribution.

Scope

• Locate FreeCAD user data and Python paths without modifying system files.
• Test the OpenCV environment first; full-vision backends are secondary.
• Identify Qt, FreeCAD and Python compatibility constraints.
• Propose an installer and uninstaller design.

Acceptance criteria

• Distribution, FreeCAD version and commands are recorded.
• A minimal OpenCV analysis can be launched.
• Known blockers and security implications are documented.
• No global package installation is required silently.
