I also like Autohotkey very much and have developed a hotkey mapping tool myself. I have encountered this error in my software as well, and it occurs occasionally. Could you share your troubleshooting ideas for this issue?

I hope you're using v2 since v1.1 is outdated:

A_MaxHotkeysPerInterval := 200
A_HotkeyInterval := 0

I'm also adding this lines for performance:

KeyHistory(false)
ListLines(false)
SetKeyDelay(-1, -1)

There's some reactivity issues with autohotkey: same script restarts over and over again even with #SingleInstance force.

So you might want to use my Powershell function to kill any running script or Launcher that supports both terminal and graphical user interface, but allows to kill only saved scripts.
