Add cell names after importing .spice file

This would be nice to have - adding cell names after importing .spice file. Cells are wrapped into 1000/0 layer - should be no affect to LVS. Also it is more simple to navigate at Cells menu pane. Here are some screenshots and related code:

Added new macro in menu - "SG13G2 PDK" -> "Import netlist (patched)".

Currently using KLayout 0.30.4 version. Where can I post this KLayout enhancement suggestion? You mean it is related only to SG13G2?
