Compile error of glFramebufferTextureLayer on the web #60

Description

@RobertRoeb

Hi again,
I think there is a wrong function signature of the "texture" argument of glFramebufferTextureLayer(), e.g. in

a) gles_bindings_wasm.dart it has type "int"

@js()
external void glFramebufferTextureLayer(JSObject gl, int target,int attachment, int texture,int level,int layer);

where as in other functions it has type "JSAny?"

@js()
external void glFramebufferTexture2D(JSObject gl, int target, int attachment, int textarget, JSAny? texture, int level);
@js()
external void glBindTexture(JSObject gl, int type, JSAny? texture);

b) the same in wrapper_wasm, where it should be "WebGlTexture?" like in framebufferTexture2D and not "int"

void framebufferTextureLayer(int target,int attachment,int texture,int level,int layer){
vs.
void framebufferTexture2D(int target, int attachment, int textarget, WebGLTexture? texture, int level)

c) in gles_bindings.dart, it is missing completely and probably should be added next to glFramebufferTexture2D()

d) in wrapper.dart
gl.glFramebufferTextureLayer(target, attachment, texture?.id, level, layer);
probably should be
gl.glFramebufferTextureLayer(target, attachment, texture?.id ?? 0, level, layer);
