Weird display behaviour with multi select answer options with help extension

Given

A questionnaire with a multi select answer option (choice or coding) with help extension.

Problem

Clicking answer options displays the value display texts below the item.

Tested version

43.1.0 (latest)

Additional infos

• Problem does not occur
  • in some older versions (did not test from which version on it starts to appear)
  • in items without the help extension
