Subject: [PATCH] chore: publish Sparkle appcast for 1.0.1

Verified against the live release asset: URL resolves (HTTP 200), byte length
matches the signed DMG, and build number 2 is greater than the 1 advertised
for 1.0.0, so installed copies will be offered the update.
