Hash signs (#) in File Name Pattern break model cover/preview display in Model Manager

What happened?

As titled.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a hash symbol (#) to the File Name Pattern

   

2. Download a model file

   

3. Find it in the model manager

   

The model cover image fails to display on my machine, even after restarting, refreshing, or updating metadata.
