Model browser items display in wrong order after actively clicking the "Search" button

What happened?

As titled.

This issue is somewhat difficult to describe in text.

Steps to reproduce

After actively clicking the "Search" button, the model browser displays models in a scrambled order:

1. Enter the Model Browser and select a sorting method, e.g., "Newest".
2. Click the "Search" button once or multiple times to refresh the page (the model browser state becomes abnormal after clicking).
3. Scroll down the page until an item loading occurs.
4. The model order becomes scrambled and difficult to read.

Current workaround to reset the Model Browser to normal state:

1. Refresh the page by switching options for "Sort", "Period", "Model Type", or "Base Model".
2. Scroll down the page until an item loading occurs.
3. The models now display in the correct order.
