Support For Electron Application and expose playwright launch Electron

Currently Browser Library does not support electron, while playwright has expiremental support.
There was a request couple of years back #867
Is it something that is in the roadmap?

Electron app support would be great, there is even unfinished PR about it #4695 By looking at the Playwright API adding support for Electron app should be possible. There are two hurdles

1. We, meaning the project maintainers should take an effort to understand what Electron app actually does in technical level.
2. Based on the understanding, build an Electron test app for the library. Then based on the understanding and with test app, test all keywords against it and verify functionality

Electron is not currently supported. This needs a dedicated Electron-application lifecycle, not merely browser=electron: Playwright’s Electron API returns an ElectronApplication, whereas Browser currently stores Browser instances. Recommend a separate Launch Electron Application keyword/RPC, lifecycle and cleanup integration, and an Electron fixture exercising core page/context keywords before exposing it as supported.
