Error when unsealing polykey after reopening app

User should be able to successfully unseal polykey when app is reopned

1. After setting up password in polykey > Close app
2. Open app again by launching Polykey-0.0.1 Setup.exe installer again
3. Once app has relaunched, try to unseal (error usually occurs when clicking the unseal button twice)
4. Observe console error

When met with the situation where you have to type in the password, and hit unseal, and the user interface freezes, a refresh will take you to the main screen. Not sure if this is the same issue.
