We need a way of marking that a feed is seasonal within the schema. This will apply to any feed we either know through manual intervention is seasonal OR shows up in our analysis of feeds that has recurring service periods of more than 60 days. (This was about 100 feeds in my analysis that need to be manually reviewed).
Feeds that are seasonal will not have the "rolling 7 day service coverage" criteria tested on them.
This should be a field called is_seasonal that's added to:
Catalogs repo
Public API
