Make Perfume front end run Synoptic #86

Description

@bestchai
  • Add textbox for "consider resource-use data", defaulted to checked
  • If unchecked, don't display ranges in model if easy enough (maybe?)

Yes, this is what I meant. Tony and I talked about it earlier today and he'll take a look. It shouldn't be very hard, it will allow us to demo synoptic (or just demo simpler models first before jumping into complex perfume models), and take us toward the model comparison (resource vs. no resource) we've talked about doing.

Yuriy, you mean have the perfume front-end act as a front-end for a Synoptic back-end, right?

That's a great idea. The Synoptic front-end is difficult to get running because of GWT/Tomcat dependencies. The perfume front-end is much more light-weight. This would be great to have!
