Save Theme Button After Change Won't Work

Describe the bug
The "save" button on theme settings for spaces doesn't work twice, had to open another tab and reopen the space tab.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Then 'Spaces'
3. Click on any 'Spaces'
4. Initialize changes on 'Theme Settings'
5. Then 'Save'
6. The 'Save' button should stuck on a confirmed button and could not be used

Expected behavior
The 'Save' button should reset after confirmation.
