Missing details about setting bitsrc as a scoped registry and updated namespace.

See #67. In short, we need to add npm config set '@bit:registry' https://node.bitsrc.io as described in the Bitsrc docs. Furthermore, update our namespace from kit to showcase in the documentation.

So, the problem is only the change of namespace, it already states to configure bit as scoped registry under the the "installation" section for each component.
