• neon api rejects request if it gets too many requests at once.

• Be sure to upload PRISM data, restart files, hist, eval, and datm data to the cloud (see /glade/scratch/wwieder/NEON_v2).
• CPER site 2021 PRISM data seems to have two files that are missing time dimension
