I think that's a fun idea!
Does it disable if there's more than 5 ppl per team?
Do we advertise it in chat or something like that, similar to the advertisement.smx plugin?
Do we add some sort of menu for votechanging gamemode, similar to tf2? (this is a big scope increase, probably a separate issue tbh, but would be great for other functionality as well)

• Optionally, maybe throw in some additional cvars regarding player caps, vote thresholds, etc

• Perhaps, maybe simply enabling neo_sv_comp lists an option in a voting menu.

• And yes, I think we should probably introduce a vote menu like tf2/CS2. Vote map, vote gamemode, vote kick. But I guess this suggestion would require that as a prerequisite unfortunately.
