Subscribe to call events

Does this sample enable an app to extend call controls or subscribe to events such as:

• MutedChanged Events or current mute status
• Incoming call
• the ability to toggle mute on/off

If not, what is the best way to go about doing this with the Teams SDK or which SDK enables these functions?
