ClusterODM, NodeODM, singulartity on HPC tutorial

I am going to write a ClusterODM - NodeODM -singulartity on HPC tutorial.

Should I add it to Tutorial.rst ?

I would prefer to create a new file for ClusterODM

I think it can go in Tutorials for now, and we can think about moving it after.
