I do not know too much about VRM just yet, but seeing as how this standard seems to be pretty popular supporting it wouldn't be out of the question. This would make motion-capture more standardized and would speed up the import of existing avatars into the application. From what I can tell, I would need to add some additional components such as a toon shader and maybe some other things.
