[c2]: modify pyTopRunDF in DebrisFrame?

now running one scenario works! (executing TopRunDF.py) (Code is copied)

• can we replace functions with avaframe funtions?
• try to allow computing several scenarios in one run (only for one DEM -> difference to original!!!) as it is done in batch_select_process.py
• test for comparing the results (to the original code)
• check if log.info is written to the log
• raise errors (similar as in TopRunDF.py)
• add docstrings
• add documentation
• format c2TopRunDF.py file
