Bug fix release, making sure the build system does not require C++ and libpoppler, adding a missing file to the release tarball, making tests not fail AddressSanitizer is not installed.

• Build system: Do not require C++ compiler any more, we use only regular C now
• Build system: Remove poppler-cpp checks, we have replaced libpoppler use by PDFio
• Build system: Get CUPS_DATADIR from the .pc cups_datadir variable, not from $prefix/share/cups (wrong under an arch-specific CUPS prefix); fallback kept (Issue 2.2.0: cups datadir handling pkgconfig vs. cups-config #201, Pull request Fix 2.2.0 test packaging and CUPS datadir detection (#200, #201) #204).
• Build system: Ensure gen-lorem-text test supports out of tree builds, creating needed directory (Pull request Makefile.am: Ensure gen-lorem-text test supports out of tree builds #205).
• CI test test-pdftoraster-copy-height: Include the C source file in the make dist release tarballs, make it testing the actual library code, use ASan (Issue 2.2.0: test failures / release tarballs are missing test-pdftoraster-copy-height.c #200, Pull request Fix 2.2.0 test packaging and CUPS datadir detection (#200, #201) #204, pdftoraster: extract copy_image_rows() helper and add an ASan regression test #206)
• CI test test-pclm-overflow.sh: Skip (exit 77) when AddressSanitizer is unavailable (Issue 2.2.0: test failures / release tarballs are missing test-pdftoraster-copy-height.c #200, Pull request Fix 2.2.0 test packaging and CUPS datadir detection (#200, #201) #204).
