[Feature]: Add more rule in compress sys prompt, to avoid some model compress all msg and then lose the effective msg.

Problem

I use the deepseek V4 pro to compress, it will compress so many effective msg, and then it will miss his progress and what it do in now.
hope the compress sys prompt can be more serious to avoid it. or can open a config file to permiss we add the sys prompt by self after the standard prompt?
