CVM/ONS supports use of property rdfs:seeAlso to describe resources (AFAIK can be used for predicates or vocab terms). This property is visible and values can be added in GUI when creating a term. However, the property is not visible and values cannot be added/deleted/updated when editing a term.

rdfs:seeAlso appears in GUI for editing a term, values can be added/updated/deleted

I attempted to use Load RDF to add seeAlso to existing terms in the CVM test site but it seems that this is not supported.
Additional context
There are many terms in ONS which have insufficient disambiguating information. rdfs:seeAlso is a flexible, minimally-constrained property which can be used to link to some web resource which can help future data users disambiguate resources. For example, this property may be used to record team roster URLs for athletes (many UO roster pages are available in Internet Archive).
