Bug: Next navigation button links to itself for first subsection in sidebar

Describe the bug
In the developer documentation sidebar, the first subsection of every section has an issue where the “Next” button at the bottom of the page links to itself, instead of navigating to the next page/subsection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any section in the developer documentation sidebar. (https://developer.palisadoes.org/docs/)
2. Click on the first subsection within that section.
3. Click the Next button at the bottom of the page.

Expected behavior
The next button should navigate to the next section.

Actual behavior
The next button links to itself.
