New page created for Interaction_Panel to MIM SBGN. I am likely missing some of the MIM and SBGN types, will make changes on this later (where can I find this information?). When plugins are available, pages will be updated with appropriate link.

See here . It also includes BioPax and what not.... we would need to check if there have been updates to SBGN etc. (which I doubt); MIM didn't change I heard.
