New status bar groups: Save On Lose Focus and File Change Notification

Create two new groups between file size/math eval and charset:

1. Autosave (Save on deactivate #164), one of N/S (Disabled), AS (Enabled), as (Enabled until new file is opened). When clicked, cycles between these modes.
2. Watching, one of N/W (Disabled), WM (Display message, Reset is unchecked), wm (Reset is checked), WR, wr. When clicked, shows the Alt+F5 dialog.
