Feedback on revisions/updates:

• make more user friendly
• restructured based on "inverted pyramid" theory of readers' attention
• move some of material towards end to top
• make language more like cookbook
• add/link to templates (including diary, folder structure, etc)

• considerations before making projects public (e.g. making sure there are no links to editable documents/open folders, checking regarding publishing names of contributing researchers, etc).
• sprinting/agile approaches - e.g. using boards to monitor who is doing what and which things you can/cannot realistically finish within time available
